Lust…My darkness was born in it.Her secret was created by it.My job was immersed in it.It would either ruin us or save us.
My name is Caden Morgan, and I’m a sex surrogate. After years of seclusion and fear-induced abstinence, Ivy Jaymes came to me for help. I had done this sort of thing hundreds of times…but she was different.
Ivy’s secrets threatened my own.Her darkness paralleled mine. And my obsession for her was sure to break me.
We would either heal each other with love, Or decimate one another with Lust.

This book was not at all what I was expecting. It was one of those books Amazon suggested to me, and it was $0.99 so I said, “why not??” BEST DECISION I’VE MADE IN A LONG TIME. It was an extremely emotional ride and well worth that low price. I now want to read more of Leddy Harper’s books! Caden and Ivy are both way past damaged. They’re so beautifully dysfunctional and it swallows the reader whole, but in the best way. I fell in love with them both. When Ivy was first introduced I was like….what on earth?? She is literally SO strange and mysterious. I also love that she doesn’t have tons of curves or any kind of ‘perfect’ body. She’s described as very skinny with a small bust and everything, and I think it’s wonderful that that body type was brought into an adult book. SPREAD THAT BODY POSITIVITY, LEDDY! I love it!

Caden seems very normal at first, and like he can function and help people, but he’s actually so messed up it hurts my heart. I went from thinking this book was destructive and dark to realizing there’s an actual lesson and that its very carefully crafted. It was such a beautiful story. Internal demons are fought and the fight to resolve everything helps hold the story together. Absolutely stunning! Definitely go pick this one up off of Amazon!
