Life and everything else

First off… HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!  I hope you all have a great holiday season with whichever holiday you celebrate.

It’s been a crazy busy week getting ready for Christmas and trying to plan everything out travel-wise. It’s always a day on the road for us, but we get to see the family, so it’s worth it.

It got ridiculously cold here in Texas. I mean so cold we had a pipe bust. So we were without water for a few hours. Luckily, The Hubs works in plumbing so he was able to get it all back up and working.
I’ve gotten a lot of reading done this week. And there are quite a few books I’m so excited to gush to y’all about! One of them the review posted yesterday. It doesn’t come out until March, but it’s soo good.

  1. It has been uncharacteristically warm and muggy in Central Texas. We were turning on our ACs. I would rather have that problem than a busted pipe, though! Good thing the hubs knows his way around the pipes!
