I absolutely adore my fellow XOXperts, and want to spotlight them so you can see how amazing they are as well.  So without further ado….

I introduce you to Shelley from TSK, TSK, What to Read?

1. Tell us a little bit about your blog.

Hi everybody! Katrina- thanks so much for having us on your blog. I’m Shelley aka Bella, one half of the TSK TSK WHAT TO READ team. Aside from reading, reviewing, and helping run our blog, I also love being a part of the Xoxpert team and I’m thrilled to have our blog spotlighted by one of our own.

We began as a primarily YA and Adult Paranormal Romance Review Blog… Three fans of one indie author- now a good friend. The TSK is actually the first initials of our original crew. We simply wanted to share our thoughts and our love of reading. And so we did.
Nowadays, it is Kathryn, who reigns in Alabama, and myself in Oregon. We don’t limit ourselves as to what we’ll read. We’re both pretty open-minded and willing to try to new things. You’ll see all ages, a lot of contemporary romance, paranormal  and horror, historical, dystopian, and my personal favorite- sci-fi fantasy.
You’ll find spotlights, cover reveals, release blitzes, blog tours, reviews of course, and our quarterly feature: Top Reads;  which includes not just books read for review but our personal favorites- our escape reads.

2. How long have you been blogging?

January will mark our fourth anniversary. We’ve found our groove. We try not to take ourselves too seriously. We’re pretty laid-back, and for the most part only read what we really want to. It’s nice to be able to pick and choose from so many amazing authors and genres.  We aren’t worried about being the best or on-trend but we’re always looking ahead. Our goal is only to stay fresh, easily accessible, and honest. We’ve always had a lot of support from the community. Authors, bloggers, and readers alike. We’re grateful people still throw their books at us. And we like to think it’s our willingness to help, our sometimes quirky humor (OK, mostly mine), and our integrity that have earned us friendships worldwide and more opportunities than we can name.

3.  What’s your favorite part of being an XOXpert?

Gosh. There’s so much to love.
The books?!?! Wow. We get such a wide range of wonderful romances each month. And always a special surprise. They make it easy and fun to share with our friends, readers, and followers. So many ways to interact. Which is probably my favorite thing…
The XOXpert group is FANTASTIC. Just a great bunch of fun, friendly, free spirits. Always ready to share, chit-chat, toss around ideas, and support. Amazing ladies.

4.  What is your favorite XOXpert book you’ve read this year?

Ooooh. I think I’d have to say Dragon’s Lair and Tracker’s End by Chantal Fernando. I can’t resist the badboys, and the Wind Dragon’s Motorcycle Club is jam-packed with smoking hot alphas with that must-have heart of gold.

Thanks for stopping by Shelley! And I’ll get on reading the Wind Dragon’s Motorcycle Club ASAP!

About Katrina @ Bookish Things

I'm a mom of two and love to read, listen to music, and rock out at concerts. Sometimes you can find me reading, or writing, in between sets at concerts. I read many genres, and have a TBR mountain.
