Armchair BEA: Blogger Development & Genre: Fiction

Posted May 29, 2013 by Katrina @ Bookish Things in Challenge, Events / 0 Comments

So today we talk about how we’ve developed ourselves as bloggers.  I’m still a very small blog.  I interact with others on Twitter most of the time.  I still have a hard time putting myself out there. I still have that “what if they don’t like me” thought in my head.  But I’m glad I do reach out to other bloggers.  They’ve been beyond awesome in helping me grow my audience.  I’ve taken on co-bloggers, and last year we Jenna and I hosted a Read Along together.  I’m always looking for ideas to branch out online, and in my town.

I tend to be drawn to anything paranormal.  That’s where my heart lies.  All of these books tend to have awesome heroes/heroines, and I love how strong they are.  I have been drifting toward contemporary also.  I’ve never been one to read them because I’m not a heavy on romance type of person, but they calling my name. 😛
